Arriving STT around 1:30 on Saturday. Best way to get from the airport to the ferry to Tortola?? In all my planning I missed this step <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Yikes.gif" alt="" />

There are taxis (vans) right outside of luggage pickup. Just tell them them you're going to the ferry dock in CA.

Life involves risks, take some prudent ones (NOT with the BVI ferries)!

You didn't say how many are in your party, but many of us here use Kevin Campbell for transport to the ferry. He'll pick you up in his private taxi, so you don't have to wait for the cattle cars to fill up. His # is 340-643-0025 and I would text him today if you're arriving tomorrow.

With 5, I would definitely recommend calling Kevin. It's a huge PIA to sit in the taxi vans waiting for them to fill it up, not to mention the absolute circus you fall into when you ask the "coordinator" which van is going to the ferry dock. Kevin meets you with your name on a sign, and you're often the only passengers he's taking, maybe just a few others.

Can Kevin handle 7 people? Is there any way to contact him via e-mail?

SAIL_BVI said: Can Kevin handle 7 people? Is there any way to contact him via e-mail? Kevin has a big van, I don't think 7 would be a problem. I highly recommend him. I have used both e-mail and text to contact him.
The next time you get mad, ask yourself the following question. Will it will matter a year from now? If it won't, breathe in, breathe out and move on. Life is short, remember to have fun along the way.

Kevin will not have a problem with 7 - his van can handle that easily.
