Taking our 3rd boat ride out of SXM. Aiming for exploring Anguilla and or St Barts. Is this too long a day?
Would one be recommended over the other? WE like clear waters, snorkeling and jumping off the boat. Are these island too far apart to enjoy for a daytrip?

Sorry, I think you mean "exploring", not "exploding"? LOLl!!!
Definitely, you need to pick one or the other.

One or the other, but not both.

I would certainly not aim for both, and, personally, would choose Anguilla for what you like doing. The water is stunning.

Hi:
I've done both. Definitely an either/or situation timewise.
My preference is Anguilla. Beautiful uncrowded beaches, great snorkelling on good days (Crocus Bay), smoother ride (usually, but not always), friendlier people if you drop the hook and go ashore....Dune Preserve, Shoal Bay East (or west).....lots of other choices. Your captain should know (or, are you the captain?).
A great day if you luck into favourable conditions, and we usually do (15+ trips)
Have Fun!!!!!

I’m just a dad paying for a chartered boat
Thank you! I’m thinking Anguilla (teens may appreciate St Barts less)
