Far away from SXM and computer models have it skimming just north of the island and gaining strength to hit NC

Give it another week before getting concerned...no way to predict a path this early other than "moving west to northwest"

Interesting. I live in Eastern NC, and our weather people don't seem to be the least bit concerned at this point. I'll wait a while before I start battening down the hatches....

Computer models now showing this tropical wave to be a fish storm. No impact to the USA but maybe Bermuda needs to monitor this. Should go north of SXM.
