Whisker Sammy, I have to agree with Sail2Wind on the Virgin Island Daily News. Out of curiosity what kind of advertisement are you planning?

The St. Croix newspaper is the Avis. They don't have an on-line presence. You might ask your question on vimovingcenter.com. There are a few Crucians there who could possibly give you a phone or fax number.

Friends of mine has some property of the island they are looking to sell near Carombola I believe. They couldn't find any info on Avis and thought it might not be in business anymore. Thank You for your help.
