I have a friend down at Bitter End who just called me and is thinking of going to Anegada tomorrow AM. He spoke to a Captain of another boat who indicated they expect rough conditions at Setting Point.
I agree with duckfat. Weather should be fine. I prefer 12 to 15 knots as perfect for that sail and they will have 15 to 17 with a gust to 20. Not quite perfect but no need to even reef on a beam reach. The anchorage will be just fine. 2 hour sail with that wind. G
That is totally normal and almost perfect conditions. we had 6-11kts last week and it was a SLOW sail. We had 27kts, 8 foot seas, 27 foot swells and setting point was still fine.

yep, remember when three people were killed at the baths...including a VISAR rescue officer. 10m swells. weird how devils bay was really calm Picture of "bubbly pool attached two days after my 6 foot son in upper right of pic for scale.
On June 9 from Virgin Gorda, we had 17-19, gusting to 22 knots on a broad reach. Same winds on June 11, Anegada to Guana Island, beam reach. Both delightful, fast passages. No need to reef.
