After a tough day of sand gravity at Orange Fever where JC photo bombed us we went to the greenhouse for prime rib night. One of the best most tender prime ribs I've had with great service. On the way we found some type of moth/butterfly at the base of the stairs which I included a picture.

Prime Rib looks amazing -- cooked to perfection and the moth looks like something from a Sci-fi movie! You are a great asset to our July planning project, what's on the menu tomorrow?

Having a brunch, no buffet, in unit this morning after workout in gym with accumulated leftovers. Not sure about tonight. Maybe cook in or try out Amore.

You've got to be kidding. It was a melt in your mouth chunk of cow.

i can't agree more with you. In March, i had the prime rib for the first time at Greanhouse and OMG was it delicious. I believe i mentioned when i reported on it, that it was probably one of the best, if not THE best prime rib I have ever eaten. Prime happens to be my all time favorite too. Will definitely have it again, at least twice on our next annual visit. Damn, March sure seems like a long time from now!!!!!

We like the prime rib. Usually split the larger one and get an appetizer.
