Put the porterhouse on the grill and did grilled romaine with baked potato. Probably too much wine in the mix but all worked out.. Nice ending to an afternoon by the pool. Life is good.

And my wife always gets the filet side. As it should be.

Grilled romaine is killer. It looks really good but I'm not a porterhouse fan. Give me and your wife the filet. Enjoy!

Yes, what's on the romaine besides parmesan? Sour cream? Mayo? ???

Blue cheese dressing. What we did was brush olive oil on before grilling each side then added the dressing of our choice along with the grated parmesan. You can also drisle some balsamic glaze it you have any.

Scuba--can there be "too much wine", if you're grilling in? Don't think so! You know, I've never had grilled romaine. I guess I should try it sometime.

You can really experiment with different toppings. Even add shrimp, crab, steak or any other vegetables.

Great reporting so far. Where do you get your meats or do you bring them frozen?
