Tried the new Roma restaurant in Maho on Friday night and was not disappointed. We had reserved an outside table and were seated in a nice fenced courtyard that provided a delightful setting. We started with a bowl of lobster bisque that we shared. It had a really good flavor but would have liked it more if it was a bit creamier. But that is just personal preference. For dinner, the wife had the spaghetti di mare and I had the lasagna. Both were very good and the wife was especially impressed with her dish. Complimentary limoncello capped off a very nice experience. There was nothing left to take home as we devoured everything. Finished the evening with a nightcap at The Hole so we could speak to our friend Bob. Looking forward to what the rest of the trip brings.
