I normally go to Bistrot Caraibes for Lobster Thermador. However, is there any other restaurants that can compare to the quality and taste of their Lobster Thermador?

Of course it is personal preference, but my short answer is "no".

I'm not a big lobster thermador fan myself, but a lot of people swear by Pineapple Pete's.

My wife tells me that Pineapple Pete's Thermador is really good. The pic is from our Spring trip 2022.

As much as I dislike going to Pineapple Pete's for various reasons I have only heard good reports on their Lobster Thermador.

prefer thermidor at Bistro Caribes for flavor fun picking out your own lobster and having picture taken Pete's is a good cheesier version, more economical they usually have a larger size upon request, pair it with a filet and enjoy the leftovers

Having had both, Bistro is better hands down, plus with the whole dining experience just adds to a better night…my 2cents…

I've never found any that compare to Bistrot Caraibes.

I have learned that there are none in SXM.
