One of the many things I love about SXM, if one beach is not great on a given day just drive to the next one on your list.

And there is more out there. When we left the island yesterday we took off on runway 10 (the mountain end) that was a first for us. The plane turned to the left and followed the south shore then turned north just past P'Burg. These are a few pics that I took of that area.

Looks like they raked later yesterday and then this morning. No ships in port yesterday, two in port today, so looks like they pretty much rake only when ships in.

Those pics from the plane are incredible; hard to imagine the size and scale given that they were taken from 2,000ft'ish in the air...
