Interesting. So there is an injunction case pending.

I seriously don't understand the last sentence of that newspaper story. What does that mean?

It's due to poor or rather NO communication to time share owners. In other words, they don't exist. Just go away and let me redesign my 'hotel'. The new owner should design his 'hotel' using the two concrete-shell buildings and leave the timeshare owners alone. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/cloud.gif" alt="" />
