Hello. Any preferred fishing charter boats for a half day while on island? Not sure what is around the area first week of May, but would love to snag a wahoo. I came across 4REEL, and will be staying on the French Side, but open to referrals. (I know some crews are much better than others where I live...) Thanks in advance.

I've used Taylor Made in the past. Located in Simpson Bay on Dutch side not far from the bridge. One of the few on island that will clean and let you keep the catch. Will even recommend places that'll prepare it for you. Nothing like fresh fish you caught yourself and prepared yourself at your own place.

Another recommendation for Taylor Made. Dougie knows how to find fish. We have tried three different boats over the years and Taylor Made was easily the best. Keep in mind that the significant seaweed/sargassum issues the island is dealing with can make fishing a bit more aggravating.
