We are looking at renting a house (or condo) in St John next year. Have been to BVI twice but wanted to try St John. Any suggestions, etc.
Thanks

Can you provide more info on what you are looking for? Location, number of guests/bedrooms, amenities etc would be helpful in determining recommendations.

Good morning. It is best to know how many people you will have and their ages. Generally, we recommend staying closer to Cruz Bay for first timers. That is where the majority of the restaurants are. Cruz Bay is a great small port town for walking and has a late night scene. Coral Bay is more rural and we do have herds of donkeys, goats, and sheep. Coral Bay restaurants generally close by 8PM. Salty Mongoose might stay open until 9PM some nights. For finding a villa, we generally recommend https://stjohn-villarentals.com/. These are owner managed units and tend to be less expensive. Cheers, RickG
