This restaurant was listed as #3 in one of the categories in the Best of SXM, so we tried it....MAJOR MISTAKE.

Bigdaddy--can you be a bit more specific about what you didn't like about it? That would be more helpful to others interested in your experience.

This had to have been a one-off as it gets rave reviews on the Facebook pages. Did you discuss your issues with management? Result? I have had wonderful meals and service there.

I see a lot of normally great restaurants being bashed because of bad service lately. Unless you have been under a rock the past few years obviously covid and staff issues is a huge problem even on SXM. And a very busy and crowded high season makes it even worse. To. me as long has the food is still good , I'd recommend just be happy you got a table , sit down, relax enjoy the view and the weather be thankful and enjoy island time service. Sure great service and food is nice but It's still a vacation to us, not a race. From what I have seen and read... Almost every Restaurant and Bar on SXM is having issues with providing decent service and experienced staff.

Yes, it would be very helpful to others in the group if one would say WHY they didn’t like a particular restaurant, rather than just saying it was a mistake. Was it the food? the service? something else?

True. It would be nice to know what the problem was. Food not good, service, etc? I’m sure the management would like to know.

Kind of a shame to trash a place without giving reasons. Based on the reviews and comments made here I would ignore this review.
