Are there any drop-off laundry services in the Simpson Bay or Maho area?

Regarding Divi, I read on Trip Advisor that they have transitioned to a cashless resort. Wondering if anyone knows if this is true or maybe that poster was doing AI or staff was just encouraging charging to room?

Yes Divi is cashless, however they do take debit/credit cards in addition to room charges.

You can drop-off laundry at Lagoonie's in Simpson Bay.

If you are staying at DIVI they have washers & dryers---some in unit others in a laundry room near the large twin-up pool bar

Unless they moved it the coin operated laundry is up the hill by the infinity pool, which is kind of the opposite end of the property from the swim up bar. We’ve also had a really bad time with those machines, especially the dryers taking two or three cycles to dry. We have in-unit laundry for our second week at Divi and that machine is better, but still not great. All depends on your volume of laundry I suppose.

There is a second laundry room where Rosemary said it is.

Surprised Divi is still coin operated. Flamingo made theirs free.

We have used the coin-op units at Divi but have had several bad experiences with them. I was hoping to just drop off somewhere before beach day then pick up on way back and avoid potential issues & save some time!

We use Jake's. Drop it off, and usually pick it up the next day.

Wait, Lagoonie's RESTAURANT in Simpson Bay has laundry facilities?

Yes, but not part of the standard menu at Lagoonies; the laundry is in a separate building to Lagoonies, on the road.

I did laundry today, and it was a comedy of errors. The place I visited first didn't take dollars, then they didn't have soap. There was a wreck on Rue de Sandy Ground that fouled everything around it. I went by Lagoonies but somehow missed the laundromat! I'd planned to drink while my underwear washed and dried.

It’s literally in the same parking lot as Lagoonies!!!!
