Do you mean Grand case beach club? It is a hotel. Or what is GCGC?

Grand Case Beach Club actually has some type of timeshare or ownership, if that is what the original poster is referring to.

Legally, GCBC is a French Hotel. Each unit is "individually" owned in its entirety, and there are no timeshares. The only place I stayed where one of my first questions was, "Hey, do they sell timeshares".

Hi. I changed the title of your post. And, as I said, I know that some people do own there, in some fashion. I don't remember their name now, but someone here on TTOL owns there.

Fantasy Frank. Grand Case Beach Club has several low-rise buildings---look at their website for great photos.
Some buildings are waterfront facing Grand Case Beach. Some other waterfront face the island of Anguilla on a small beach. Other buildings are in back and called "Garden Units" Just as nice but without the water view with only a short walk across a courtyard to either beach and the restaurant.
Efficencies have fully equipped kitchen area, sitting, sleeping area, bath and a lanai or patio facing water. Large enough for 2 people. If you need more try the 1 or 2 bedroom units.
As stated in another post units are privately owned and managed by Stephen Wright. So when you book they post online what's available (meaning the units are not being used by he owners. You pick the style you want; however, they cannot guarantee a first or 2nd floor. If you absolutely need a 1st due to problem climbing stairs to 2nd floor put in your request and they try to accommodate you.
