Yes, 7 times. Our most recent stay was in April of 2019. Bruno and Geraldine are wonderful hosts. Depending on what room you reserve you could have a full kitchen. Some people walk it but it's a trek back when you've been in the sun all day. We have never walked to beach.
We've stayed there, but not lately. To ME, I wouldn't walk to the beach from there, as it is quite a bit downhill to get to the beach--which means going back UP hill to go home. Bruno and his wife are great hosts, the place is very comfortable, nice pool.
