Hi gang,
We are toying with the idea of spending 3 months in the islands . Wondering about a fully furnished apartment/ cottage etc in Tortola in March and something similar in Virgin Gorda for May. Looking at two bedroom in hopes that family may come visit . We have a boat for the month of April.
Anywhere I should be looking? Other sites ? I have joined a few pages on Facebook but am wondering how it all works. Would love to find something month to month with utilities included . Am I dreaming or does this exist?
Thanks for any help you can provide as we begin our search! Ready to plan our escape from the cold Canadian winter soon to be upon us

I didn’t know that! 'Course I’m in Florida.
Still, that’s a good trivia question

If you can handle a large studio at the water's edge..our CRC would work..with maybe renting next door for guests?

Not much available on VG usually. You could try contacting Bernadette George with Smiths Gore. She lives on island and has her finger on the pulse.

Check out Guavaberry Spring Bay on Virgin Gorda. They may be able to help you.

We have rented for month long stays on VG many times. May is traditionally a slower month, and many places are currently available for the entire month. Check out Airbnb to see what is available, and then reach out to the individual owners to see if they can do better on price. Most will negotiate with you. We've rented for less than half of the Airbnb asking price on multiple occasions. Enjoy your trip. It sounds wonderful!!!

Thank you for the tip Katie, we will for sure try that route . We have made many friends on VG over the years and am confident we will find something that will work. We love the month of May and have volunteered at many a poker run in our day! We are so looking forward to a potential 3 months in the islands. Retirement sure does have perks .
