Today we went to Philipsburg for some shopping sandwiched between my snorkeling. We had dinner at marks which is one of our favorites. I had ribs with scalloped potatoes my wife had snapper with scalloped potatoes and our friends had ribs with rice all was good.
I was looking for queen angel fish but did not see any and I haven’t seen as many as I have in past years so I took pictures of some other fish. One picture which isn’t very good but it was the only squid I have seen in 3 days. I was impressed with the queen trigger fish so I took too many pictures as I don’t see them that often and it is another of my favorites. The others are a puffer fish (one of my wife’s favorites) and juvenile angel’s either gray or French.

We enjoy Mark's place as well -- usually do takeout from them as we stay at Divi. I'm going to have to convince my vacation mates to snorkel more. I'm enjoying the photos!

Mark's definitely has the best scalloped potatoes! And their meals are always enough for a couple of days!

Nice queen trigger fish. Thanks for all the pictures!

Is this snorkeling over by Phillipsburg or still by Simpson?
We will be there soon and like hearing about the possible snorkeling spots

I could very well be mistaken, but I believe Beirut is where Vesna Taverna was before they moved across the street a few years ago.

No Beirut is a little further down on welfare road. Al Pasha was next door to Vesna Taverna and added her space when she moved across the street.
