This our third day on island. Yesterday we ate at Al Pasha for the first time and all 4 of us enjoyed our dinners.I had the grouper my wife had the Greek salad with chicken and our friends had a shrimp kabob and beef kabob and we each shared a desert. The meal and dessert were very good but the owner was very friendly and personable. Tonight we went to skipjacks for dinner and we all had grouper which is an old favorite and very good no dessert. I had previously posted some snorkeling pictures on our arrival day.
I snorkel in the am for an hour and a half then snorkel for an hour in the afternoon and take lots of pictures so I will attach some mostly turtle pictures,
Bob

Thanks for sharing the photos and your update! The turtle pictures are great. Where are you snorkeling and what type of camera are you using. I'm guessing something better than my go-pro.

We always enjoy our meals at Al Pasha and try to get there at least once a trip. Always good food and service.
Nice pics, keep them coming.

Is that a lion fish in the last pic?

Simpson bay resort and royal palm and half way in the channel. I use a Nikon cool pix aw130 waterproof up to 100ft. It is small and not an expensive camera.

I always used either my Canon G9 and G10 in their waterproof case for my dive pictures but since I quit diving now have no use for them.

I love queen angels! I think they are my favorite fish! I kind of wondered about you snorkeling in that channel. Isn't it a little dangerous, with all the dinghies flying around?

Yes quit dangerous. I've seen some close calls with jet skis almost hitting snorkelers from my balcony and as our dive boat was returning we came very close to one. Snorkeler got his a** chewed out by the captain.

I would think that request would be enough to make you stop instead of risking your self and causing others misfortune in injuring or killing you for ignoring the warning.
