Just found two unopened bottles. They are mostly like old. At least five plus. Do they go bad. Thx.

Like liquid gold in our house especially since they stopped making it! My husband tried a few other options this past July but there's nothing as good as the original! Enjoy!

I've got one from 1989 still unopened. Alcohol percentage was lower than ones a few years ago.

I have to say, I never "got" Guavaberry. Tastes like cough syrup to me. I had a pina colada with it one time and it was OK, but I'm not a huge fan of sweet drinks anyway. What do you do normally with it? As Pat said, just try it. What do you have to lose?

We bought a bottle once and it tasted like cough syrup, just like you said Carol, so never got it again. Tried Guava berry Colada and didn’t like it neither.

I liked it in the frozen colada they used to make at the emporium but not as a straight drink.

I’m with Carol, it was yuck to me. But it does have its fans.

Totally agree about the cough syrup taste. That said, my husband and son can't get enough of it. We had to make sure during our relocation to Florida that those bottles were packed very, very carefully! They usually just drink it over a little ice. We have about six bottles of the original and another six of the Madoudou brand. That will have to last until July.

Lots of locals make their own. And now, in Colombier: https://www.facebook.com/colombiertradition

There’s store in Marigot owned by Mr.Maccou ( where Mr.Milo shop used to be located) has a better quality Guavaberry liqueur which he manages to sell year round.

I don't know where Mr. Milo used to be in Marigo. Could you be a little more specific. Would love to get some when comeback in Jan.
Thank You
