Just was wondering if upper floor of airport is being worked on? When we were going home on March 12, 2022, we were packed in like sardines, and were told that for the winter of 2023, the upper floor would be finished enough to be used for waiting space for outgoing  flights. Is there any truth to those statements?

Thanks. We are looking forward our next trip, but had real reservations about the last day, which can be the worst day of all, after last year.

Was there this last May-June and the seating and food court same as last year.
