My son and dil had set up train to NYC , overnight, and direct flight to SXM. AA cancelled flight last night. After hours in line they are now scheduled for CLT and MIA. Next morning to SXM. I hope airlines get straightend out by next January. Flights now look awful. Very short connection times.

Hope they put them up for accommodations and food vouchers as they did for us.

Hope they put them up for accommodations and food vouchers as they did for us. Unless it was weather related, they are pretty much obligated to do as such but one has to know to ask kindly and be persistent if needed.

Our delays and cancellations were weather related due to TS in Miami. We were put up in a hotel for the night in Miami on AA.

AA said weather related. Flight was through Miami. AA did NOT pay for hotel. I think they flew today. Should be in SXM by 1:30.
