I have to give kudos to the Good Morning Café in Orient Village. Usually when visiting St Martin I've gotten into the habit of spoiling my wife and making her breakfast every morning. We stayed in a studio in Orient Village on or most recent visit in May that was very close to the Good Morning Café. We hadn't had time to shop yet so we decided to get breakfast there. We dined there most mornings before starting our day and on the mornings we didn't dine there I picked up breakfast there to bring back to our studio. The food there is very good and reasonably priced. The staff was very hard working and friendly. We have book our next visit for next March and will again be staying near there. We are looking forward to two weeks of breakfasts at the Good Morning Café.

rcw--thanks for the post. We saw it the other day, of course it was way past time for our breakfast at that time.

How was the rest of your trip? smile

We also love Good Morning for breakfast and/or sandwiches. A pleasant, friendly atmosphere with excellent food.

I'm going where the weather suits my clothes.

The rest of the trip was wonderful. I need to find the time to recap the highlights so others can benefit from our good experiences. This was our first time staying in Orient Village and it will not be the last. We found where we stayed to be the perfect location for everything we like to do. Unfortunately the studio we had on this trip is not available for our return trip next March as the owner has regulars that book yearly. We did find something close by and hope it is half as good.

We have stayed in most of the apartments for rent above the Petit Casino and they have all been wonderful. I wouldn't trade that location for anything.
