Tests still required (48 hours) for those staying longer than 24 hours in territory.
I guess their thinking on the testing requirement is if someone has it, who cares, they'll be back somewhere else by the time they need treatment? Someone staying longer term could come down with it and need treatment while there?

Also, anyone infected is exposed to less people during a day trip than a longer vacation; probably no grocery stores, less restaurants, no hotel staff, etc. Not great for people like Leon at Soggy but he still has his plexiglass....

But the concern “should be” more about the transmission to others on the island than the potential treatment of that daytripper…
