Anyone have experience with this insurance company re: return of monies on cancellation of villa… had to cancel 11 days in Baie d Orientale and worried about this….cancellation due to Covid…both parties…

From others' reports, it seems that it can be a months' long deal, to get resolution on a claim regarding Covid.
