Chartering with a group of 12. Does anyone know how much Scrub island charges per guest as a resort fee? Slip charges? Have stayed here before, but thought I read here that prices had increased dramatically. Thanks.

I wonder if there's a mistake there. It's weird that the rates are lowest from Jan 6 to Feb 28. Dan

Christmas/New Year's is busiest because of school vacations: weather wise it's not ideal. Once the holidays are over, January is fairly quiet in terms of tourism. Things start to pick up in February. March is busy with mid-winter school vacations. I'm guessing the dock rates reflect that. Airfares do the same.
I like January because it tends to be windy, which keeps the bugs down and the temperatures cooler.

We picked up a slip 2 times last year at Scrub. Just paid for the slip and the resort fee was like $50 or something total. Not a big deal at all. We also had 12 people and everyone had a great time there!

It’s way cheaper to stay there on your boat than at the resort. It’s a really nice place but the hotel rate is $$$
