According to the Sunset webcam, looks like outbound from Beacon Hill is open, but not the other direction. Looks like they are alternating traffic. Wish the camera was zoomed in a little more..

Just checked this morning. Both directions are clear, just some water/sand near the entrance east bound. AHHH another beautiful day in paradise!!
