CDC adds 5 more Caribbean island destinations to its highest level of travel risk.
Yup Saint Martin is in that list.

I saw this and was thinking/Assuming those are cases of citizens and not tourists? Come to think of it, if a tourist get sick on vacay, does the destination or citizens country claim the data point.
