Hi ya’ll- heading back for our 5th trip, first since 2020- back then we thought people were crazy for lysoling their plane seats. Wondering about the insurance we need? What will they ask for? Something specific? We’re flying into SJU then to EIS.

We showed proof of international health coverage but were never asked about travel insurance and didn't have any in December. We had it in June but they never asked either at EIS. Cant speak to ferry

We always carry GeoBlue for all international travel. Our previous trips in March, June and November we did not carry extra trip/quarantine insurance. We elected to purchase it for our recent January trip out of an abundance of caution - with Omnicron spreading like wildfire we didn’t want to risk hefty quarantine costs if we tested positive before leaving (and our boat had bookings right after our departure). This was more for our peace of mind than requirements. We were not asked for it at EIS but I hear it is hit or miss with ferry transfers.
