Looks like another one perhaps trying to pass on the curve. If so, a pretty stupid move, but so many of them display this type of behaviour. Unfortunately, as has been said before, you can't fix stupid! The rider was lucky; it could have ended up much worse.

Sounds like scooter driver wasn't at fault unless driving at higher rate of speed than allowed but who knows.

These guys have no concept of fear!! Sadly an innocent motorist was involved and destroyed there car, God only knows if they had insurance to cover the damage or the cost of the car! Thank God no one was injured!

Insurance for a scooter is almost impossible to obtain other than basic liability

But I would assume the ability to register the scooter is reasonable to obtain....I would guess 80% of them on the road do not have plates....different issue but an issue
