You probably know this but the departure time is now scheduled for 10:58 so as of now, it is still a go but IF there are airport issues in SXM, this may be the result.

No idea, I just checked the flight status on Delta and that is what I found. Perhaps they are aware if there is a "slow down" at the SXM airport. Good luck.

And it will also have an impact on the flights returning to the US, many missed connections when all is said and done. Another brilliant move that will leave many with a bad taste for SXM.
