If you have the cash this yacht would be a great one to rent. Purchased and retrofitted by Aristotle Onassis. Read the description and check out the interior pics....It's presently moored in SB in front of the Flamingo/SBR https://www.yachtcharterfleet.com/luxury-charter-yacht-23156/christina-o.htm

For only $25,000.00 per person per week this all can be yours (assuming full occupancy). I must say however, I love the older yachts. They have so much more character than these new ultra sleek mega yachts that are being built now.

RickandJulie--I agree. She is lovely!!! I would love to get onboard, just to see all the pictures and artwork, etc! I guess it will have to wait until I win the lottery...

A lovely old boat. I remember when Onassis purchased her to convert to his yacht. She was originally the Canadian River-class frigate, HMCS Stormont, that served on North Atlantic convoy duty and off the beaches of Normandy on D-Day. I love that she not only found a new and famous purpose in life, but is still going strong almost 80 years after her initial launch!

Her initial launch was 78 1/2 years ago.

Her initial launch was 78 1/2 years ago. Yes, you're right! It was a typo on my part. Should have been an "8", instead of a "6". Thanks for catching it! I've corrected my original comment.

Th $700-800k for a weekly rental is just for the boat. Then add the "plus expenses" like food and fuel but if you have the $800k then that shouldn't be an issue
She is anchored at St. Barths now
