We were in SXM December 24- January 11. We went to SBH for a few days to ring in the new year. We ate at La Rosa, Avantika, Lal’s, Lee’s, Captain's rib , Mandarin Pan, talk of town ( 3 times) Captain Frenchy, Fat Tony’s , Mario’s, Sale and Pepe, Skip Jack’s, Be Kool, Al Pasha ( 2 times) . We had drinks at the boat bar, nowhere special, marigot container town, the saint bar maho, Bodega and new place next to Fat Tony's. We made home made pizza on our last night for dinner YUM!

Most of our beach days were at mullet, happy bay, grand case, we went to orient 2 days. We went to Princess Casino a few nights, walked to Jordan Village one night to Fat Tony’s. All in all we had a great vacation. We were there last December and we went back for 10 days in May. We used the at home covid test on Monday to re enter the USA very easy to use and no wait time. $70 for 2 test.

Mask was needed at the grocery store and casino. At the restaurant some workers had mask some had none.

Here are some pics.

Thanks for the report! Great pictures! You said "saint bar Maho"?? Are you talking about the Sand Bar?

The Saint “A Dive Bar”…is under La Terrasse, 2 doors up from the Maho market, next to the juice bar…been open a year or two…doesn’t open until 6-7…mostly plays loud hip-hop and soca….not the kind of place most TTOL’ers would frequent

Such lovely pictures!! Thank you for sharing.

We are headed down soon and hope to spend some relaxing time at Mullet Bay Beach. Our family haven't been to SXM in a decade but have such great memories. Can't wait to leave the cold behind!!
