Like the old Palms Delight in Carrot Bay... My favorite BVI dinners happened there. Arriving tomorrow and looking to see if anywhere carries that dish...

Yes 👍🏻 , we had the Ginger Wine Chicken at De Coal Pot when we were there last March. It was fabulous!

Currently on island and hoping to have my chicken tomorrow night! North swell is really in right now, only 3 boats in the bay tonight. Things are on the slow side, not sure if January lull or if Covid….Have seen two cruise ships each day in Roadtown. Saw a few excursions at the baths yesterday, asked one person how full the ships were , they ventured 1/3 capacity. Elm tones were wonderful Sunday. last night great music at Paradise. Will report more when we get home, but weather ( other than rough surf) has been perfect.
