Went to Friars Beach today & was rather surprised that the beach was deserted & restaurant locked up. It appears as if it hasn’t been used for awhile. Does anyone know if it is permanently closed? Thanks.

I really doubt it is permanently closed. Others have reported eating there very recently.

Walked by there today. Board said closed on Tuesdays. People were using the tables and brought their own food/drinks

They have been closing two days a week, at least back in December.

They were closed on Monday and Tuesday in November and early December.
