Hi all. Freaking out. I submitted my documents at 3pm. The were accepted but no approval yet. We are leaving for Boston tonight and board our flight at 440am!! Do they send them at all hours? Or am I going to miss my trip? I did email the contact us but no reply.

They send them at all hours. Also, if your totally concerned, you can resubmit. Someone else might grab your second submission and reply quicker.

Thank you! We are all set! My last vaca got cancelled due to the •VID” I have high hopes. I hear they work off their email.
