It’s officially happening! They’re calling it a “soft” opening for whatever that means. But the pub, Watersports, docks and balls will all be open!!!

I was told (by BEYC) that you would be able to reserve balls on line via their website but nothing seems to be active yet.

That’s their plan. 15 reservable balls (always available to reserve not just 24 hours ahead of time) and the rest first come, first serve.

Who knows when that launches though

They reached out to me via email last week. I made reservations for a ball for two nights in Jan. and made dinner reservations at the Buoy Room. Everyone was super helpful and friendly.

It's going really good! They have mooring balls, dock slips, the pub serving pizzas and a limited menu, the new beach bar (it's their old ferry boat Reef Sampler which has been very nicely redone) and watersports (currently renting Hobie Waves, SUPs and kayaks, and teaching windsurfing and wing lessons). And also their provisioning center/market.

The clothing boutique, clubhouse restaurant, and upstairs Quarterdeck bar are all supposed to open sometime in April

My brother was there yesterday. Said they have done an amazing job with the rebuild! Can't wait to see if for myself!
