I know this might be more a USVI forum question, but I suspect people transiting to the BVI might have the most experience.
We are coming to Roadtown via STT in January. Flight arrival time is late enough that I expect to have to spend a night on St. Thomas. We are considering a water taxi, and I gather spending the night in Red Hook would be the most convenient for that.
Can anyone recommend lodging in RH for just one nigh (Friday night)? Most of the properties I see are resorts, which might not be best choice for just one evening. Our party is just 2 adults.
Thanks!
Ben.

It is a definitely a much longer cab ride to Redhook from Emerald Beach Resort. I have heard nice things about Two Sandals by the Sea Inn. Small place - get a room with a balcony if you try it. Olga’s Fancy in Frenchtown does one night stays and has the bonus of Oceana right next door but is a further cab ride.

What time is your flight arriving? 4:22 PM on a Friday Could one reasonably get a same-day water taxi to Tortola with that late of an arrival?
