Has anyone recently flown from EIS to SJU and then on Delta to ATL - not leaving airport? Can you tell me what the protocol is? Portal asks how many days your staying in SJU and place you are staying so thinking portal is not needed.

Easy peasy! Didn’t even get asked for rapid test results coming or going. May have been an oversight - we had them ready just in case.

Didn’t even get asked for rapid test results coming or going. Did you have to fill out the PASSENGER DISCLOSURE AND ATTESTATION TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA?

No, was never presented with that as needing to be filled out. Had my test results coming in to EIS and departing/arriving SJU but never was asked for them - we were on a private charter flight from EIS to SJU so maybe that was why. For what it's worth - we did the Emed Binax Test - it was awesome and easy.

I filled one out at the Beef Island airport when I checked in for SJU in late August. Not sure if that's still a part of the US protocols after today's changes.
