I just want to make sure!

I am flying from Newark to St Martin on November 14, do I need valid covid test to enter Saint Martin? I am vaccinated.

My island friend said I did not need a test but I just want to confirm this.

Also where is the best hotel to stay at where you can leave your car at the Newark airport?

When you say "Saint Martin", do you mean the French side??? The Dutch side, you don't need any test now. However, if you are staying on the French side, you MAY need a test, depending on where you staying.

We've stayed at several hotels in Newark. Last time (July '21) we stayed at Hilton Newark Airport, which is actually in Elizabeth. NJ. Free parking for 2 weeks, shuttles every 1/2 hour.

I'm going where the weather suits my clothes.

I second Newark Hilton, stayed there few times. Very convenient and fine for a night before flight.

Remember that if you are fully vaccinated you don't need a Covid test BUT you still must fill out the forms on the EHAS website and get the re-approval email from them to be able to travel.
