We are headed down in three weeks and were wondering what the COVID requirements are in the restaurants and casinos? Do you still have to ware mask in the casinos and do you still have to ware mask entering the restaurants? Are hand sanitizers provided at the entrance of both restaurants and casinos?

Yes for masks in casinos. Several casinos such as Casino Royale are using infrared cameras. You stand in front and it takes your temperature.
Indoor dining protocol is supposed to be masks until you sit at your table.
