We are long suffering Detroit Lions fans. We got the chance to come back to the island over Thanksgiving. Now, we are looking for a sports bar in Simpson Bay to watch the game at. The old Ric’s Place would have been just what we are looking for: a friendly place with plenty of TV’s and good casual bar food. For all of the great places in the Simpson Bay area, I can’t think of any for football watching. Can you help me please? John

The only true sports bar that I am aware of in Simpson Bay right now is Replay Sports Bar, at Simpson Bay Resort. There's the Mexican place in Maho (3 Amigos???) that has several TVs also.

Don't some of the casinos still have some sports betting areas with a bunch of tvs? Some used to, don't know about now.

Could be. I don't know, because haven't been in a casino since the pandemic. But the food selection would be not great..

Can't you get it on the TV in the room where you are staying?

I would likely go to Dingy Dock, beer and cocktails there. I also enjoy going and sitting at Lal's and watching games there, only one TV but the food is fantastic and Lal is a fun person to talk football with.

I prefer the Isle seat
