I have my approval from EHAS. WIFE DOES NOT HAVE HERS YET. I remember seeing a phone number to call, but can’t find it. Can somebody please provide us with the number?

Same happened to me. EHAS forms for four were sent and three came back approved but my wife's was denied to to the time frame guide lines even thought the tests and forms were identical. I called the EHAS number, sent email on their contact page describing the details and resubmitted EHAS again. I received approval within a half hour. Good luck.
