3 weeks before ETA, BUT, i am having a difficult time setting up a covid (rapid test) with proper detail info required on testing results, any info would be very much appreciated. I live in north central Massachusetts. Any input/info would be great.I can get the test at a local health care organization that would prepare the info i need on the health care's letterhead and a detailed description as required, will that be acceptable to get of the ground in the states as well as into this great island?

Book a PCR at CVS as Plan B...you can do that booking 10 days in advance...Book an Id-Now at Walgreen's as plan A...but you can only book that three days in advance (six before departure)...and then don't worry. If you can't get a "rapid" test booked your Plan A results will be back in around 24 hours but probably less

I am two weeks out and those are my plans

bizzottom,
On Monday morning of this week we booked an ID Now test (that is a PCR test) at Walgreens for Wednesday for our Friday departure. We took the test through the drive thru at 11:15am. The results were in my email inbox by noon. They will tell you that you will get the results in 2-24 hours. We have taken this test at Walgreens 3 times now and each time the results were back in under 2 hours. We both had EHAS approval by 2:00pm. I mentioned in another thread about being tired of jumping through all the hoops for international travel but this was easier and less stressful than our last two trips. We could have done the tests on Tuesday and been in the 72 hour PCR test window but we waited a day to allow for flight delays or cancellations. Hope this helps.
