I have crew connecting on Cape Air in STT to EIS. Is there a way to get to the connecting flight without exiting the secure area? They will not make the connection if they have to go back through security/Immigration.

Cape Air is outside the secured area. After they exit the tarmac area, they just need to go to the Cape Air counter and check in. They will take the bags and you just wait in the area for charter flights. No need for TSA/Security.
