With more folks venturing back we have wondered if the morning walkers have returned. While a number originated in the past from Club O a few perhaps even stretched the rule for lack of attire, but are the ladies still topless these days. While we understand topless is Ok, just more comfortable if others are topless too on our AM walks.
In July my wife and I worked out most mornings on the beach anywhere from 730-930am and never saw any topless/nude walkers on the beach with exception of Club O side.
