A few days ago I saw a color coded chart showing what day of week to test for what day of travel. I tried the search function and as is often the case, I can't seem to come up with the correct key words to find it and I've skimmed through numerous threads to no avail. Does anyone have the correct thread info or the chart itself?

Respectfully,

pat

try this-go to post "process for returning to US ?, click on Jazzgals link. Click on menu on upper right corner, choose "requirement" There is a color coded chart there. Hope it's what you want.

pony600,

Thank you for your quick response but that’s not the one I was thinking of.

bdeeley,

Day of the week for testing for day of the week of travel to SXM. I think it was color coded?

Respectfully,

Pat--can't say that I've seen that chart, but it CANNOT be correct if it refers only to day of the week, for travel TO SXM. Travel TO SXM is based on HOURS, not days.. Travel INTO the US is based on DAYS.

I just did this in Excel. Let's see if it copies over.

Day of Travel 48 hrs 72 hrs
Sunday Friday Thursday
Monday Saturday Friday
Tuesday Sunday Saturday
Wednesday Monday Sunday
Thursday Tuesday Monday
Friday Wednesday Tuesday
Saturday Thursday Wednesday

Well, it looked much nicer in Excel, but at least this is the info you are looking for.

That's true. But pick the day 2 or 3 days before your departure, and then just schedule after your flight time.

I think this means if we are traveling Tuesday, we get the 48 hour test on Sunday and the 72 hours test on Saturday.

We had planned on scheduling the 72 hour test Saturday at 11:30 am for our Tuesday 7:30 am flight---gives us a couple of hours for delay.
weekends make me a little nervous.

pony,

It’s the thought and the effort that matters so again, sincere thanks for both.

Terry,

Linda’s chart is what I was looking for less the colors and even if it didn’t come out as it appeared in Excel. It’s still very easily understandable. Soon……🙂🙂
