The most recent numbers for the French side were posted this morning and the cases have gone down significantly. It’s still high at 300/100,000 people, but it had been over 500 the two previous weeks. New Numbers Link

Some of the material on the website automatically translates with certain browsers like Chrome if you have it set up that way, but I don't think it works for the longer PDF. I don't speak or read much French, but I've used Google Translate to help identify the key phrases that seem to be important and I just keep an eye out for those when the report comes out each week.
Here's the information I was referencing from page 2 in English:
Number of positive cases: 106 cases in week 2021-35 (190 in week 2021-34); Detection rate: 5,493 / 100,000 inhabitants. in 2021-35 (6,255 / 100,000 inhabitants in 2021-34); Positivity rate: 5.5% in 2021-35 (8.6% in 2021-34); Incidence rate: 300/100 000 inhab. in 2021-35 (538/100 000 inhab. in 2021-34
Here it is in French:
Nombre de cas positifs: 106 cas en semaine 2021-35 (190 en semaine 2021-34) ; Taux de dépistage: 5 493/100 000 hab. en 2021-35 (6 255/100 000 hab. en 2021-34) ; Taux de positivité: 5,5 % en 2021-35 (8,6 % en 2021-34) ; Taux d’incidence: 300/100 000 hab. en 2021-35 (538/100 000 hab. en 2021-34

It didn't come up as a LINK in your post, but a PDF you have to download, so there was no option to automatically translate, so thanks for the translation.
The positivity rate was interesting to me. Current rate 5.5%, versus 19% here in my county --DOWN from 33%!

Turns out there is a way to translate a whole PDF through Google Translate if you've saved it to your computer. Here are the instructions from an online tutorial. You'd do this after downloading the PDF and saving it to your computer. On your computer, go to Google Translate at https://translate.google.com/.At the top left, click Documents. Click Browse your computer and find the file you want to translate. To choose the language you want to translate to, at the top right, click the Down arrow Down Arrow. Click Translate.

There's not a whole lot available on this page. The PDF I originally referenced with the detailed numbers is at the bottom. https://www.santepubliquefrance.fr/...in-saint-barthelemy-du-10-septembre-2021

Maybe yhis means the delta variant did its damage and is passed. Now we await the next variant kindof like a hurricane paradigm.
