His name is Kenny Kistemaker and we have not seen each other in 28 years. I will be in town in April and really want to find him. Any leads would be great. He does not have FB or anything like that.

Most people in the islands are known by their first name.
Give a little more detail on what your friend did, like worked in a bar or lived on a boat in Coral bay, on a witness protection program Etc.
